If your student purchased a ticket through the app, it should appear on their dashboard under ‘Purchased Tickets’. If a ticket was purchased for them through the app, an incorrect email address may have been entered. If this is the case, please email support@myschooldance.com. If a ticket was purchased at the school in cash/check, an incorrect email might have been entered, please email support@myschooldance.com with their name and the school name for us to resolve it.
